Meet The Team
Owner/Chief Polygraph Examiner
Todd Eby
With over 30 years of experience in criminal investigations, forensic interviewing, and credibility assessment, I bring both passion and precision to every case. I proudly served more than three decades with the Detroit Police Department, including 12 years as a Detective Sergeant assigned to the Homicide Section. During that time, I reached the top step of the investigative ladder by supervising the elite Homicide Task Force, responsible for investigating the city’s most complex and high-profile murder cases.
In addition to my investigative work, I also served as the Chief Polygraph Examiner for the Detroit Police Department, where I conducted and supervised hundreds of forensic polygraph examinations involving homicides and sexual assaults. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing examiner training and certification and maintaining the highest investigative standards. My work as Chief Polygraph Examiner helped enhance the Department’s investigative integrity and contributed to the resolution of numerous major cases.
As the founder of Fact Finders Polygraph Services, LLC, I continue that same commitment to professionalism and accuracy by delivering clear, reliable, and science-based results that clients can trust.
